In Ohio, infidelity is NOT considered in either monetary issues (property division/child & spousal support) or child custody issues in a divorce.

(Someone told me the law was written by men who figured they'd get caught some day.)

So I cannot use that as a reason to reduce his custody time. All I have to go on is the considerable body of people willing to testify that I was the parent who actually did stuff with the kids. School festivals? I was there, he was not. Ditto soccer practices and games. Scout meetings? I think they all thought I was a single mom anyway! And even this will not be enough to overcome the court's current bending backwards so as to not appear to "automatically" favor mothers.

Both of them morally degenerate? Doesn't count, as long as they are not a physical danger to the children.

I dunno, doesn't it seem - well - WRONG for a man to tell his children that he is engaged to be married WHILE HE'S STILL MARRIED TO THEIR MOM???
